Download the letter n. 8 of ILC

After the celebration of the Algiers Conference in December, the ILC publishes its Letter nº8 containing the introductory report and the declaration issued by the 230 delegates from 42 countries attending.

The Charter includes the interventions of numerous delegates and the first reports issued by the delegates.
